About Jacklyn Foster

I am a full time artist from Regional Victoria, the rural town of Mildura, specialising in contemporary acrylic artworks. My creative practice has become an integral, fundamental part of my daily routine. I have held several exhibitions across Victoria, as well building a meaningful social media following, running sold out workshops and mentoring emerging artists, assisting in the fundamental beginning steps of their art careers. 

I have worked on large scale art projects including "Me & Uoo Uoo" the Royal Children's Hospital's 150th anniversary, and the RSPCA's 150th anniversary "Wombat in the room" as well as gaining industry recognition through winning the Fortyfivedownstairs 2021 ‘Emerging Artist Award’, a nationally recognised award which promotes the early-career works of emerging artists.
